Very nice blend of supernatural and modern science along with some gaming references for the younger bunch. Author is clearly educated in a variety of disciplines. I saw a bit of physics, computer programming, philosophy, etc. Nicely played! I get bored and frequently skip the late middle of a book, but didn't do it with Witch's Artifact. That tells you something.Mr. King, might I suggest the following: edit for brevity of sentence length and know that you don't need to repeat yourself. Your reader is smart enough to get it. Second, the dialogue is a bit stilted. Your girl would not say "professor" nearly that often! Listen to a convo between friends...rarely do they start or end a sentence with their name or nickname.
I recommend this book. It's interesting and a fresh take on a supernatural theme.

Too much trivialities added in as filler.
Great read!
It was a quick read. Story moved forward smoothly.
This well-crafted tale will keep you engaged from one chapter to the next! The narrator of the story shares enough physics, computer technology, and philosophy to tie the reader in to a world of magical possibilities.
Enjoyed the interaction between the characters. The Professor is fun.
This was an exciting, danger around every corner, fun filled, cozy book. I loved it . And will definitely read this Author's books again. I LOVE MY COZY MYSTERIES, A GOOD BOOK, A CUPPA COFFEE, A FIRE AND ME!
